Policies

• We do not exchange for other products. We have a 7 days return policy
•  You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).  
•  Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.  
•  Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center.  
•  Konviction Brand is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.  

GENERAL INFORMATION

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

PROCESSING TIME 

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process. 

After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders can still take 2 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Konviction Brand, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

Konviction Brand  does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

 Billing and Credit Card Information

In addition, our services comprise, generally, fashion retail and wholesale services. In order to enable payment by you to fulfill your orders, we may collect name, address, telephone number, email address, credit card information, and other billing information. This information will only be shared with third parties who facilitate completion of the purchase transaction, such as by fulfilling orders and processing credit card payments.

We will not disclose your billing and/or credit card information with other third parties unless required by law or a court order, or unless disclosure is required to address an issue implicated by the financial transaction. For instance, if you claim that your billing and/or credit card information was used to make a purchase you did not authorize, details about the transaction may be disclosed to law enforcement and any party we deem necessary to address the matter. 

 The Website and Products are offered subject to your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (“Terms” or “Agreement”).  These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Konviction Brand, and you should read them carefully. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the Fashion Nova Privacy Policy, Online Return Policy, Store Returns Policy and Shipping Policy, each of which is expressly incorporated by reference herein.  

THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS AN ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER THAT WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A COURT HEARING OR JURY TRIAL OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. ARBITRATION IS MANDATORY AND THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY AND ALL DISPUTES UNLESS SPECIFIED BELOW OR IF YOU OPT-OUT. YOU MUST REVIEW THIS DOCUMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY BEFORE ACCESSING, USING, OR BUYING ANY PRODUCT THROUGH THE WEBSITE.

User Obligations

By downloading, accessing or using the Website, you represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years old or the legal age of majority, whichever is greater, and you are agreeing to these Terms. You also agree to abide by all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations with respect to your use of the Website. You further represent you shall at all times provide true, accurate, current, and complete information (and updates thereto) when submitting information to Fashion Nova through the Website.  You shall only use the Website as permitted by this Agreement, and you shall not use the Website or the Content for any commercial, political, obscene, illegal, or inappropriate purpose. Fashion Nova reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Website for any or no reason. If you register for an account on the Website, you may be required to designate an email address and password, and there may be additional requirements as designated by Fashion Nova from time to time.  You agree to assume all responsibility concerning your use of the Website, including all activity occurring through your password (and related account access).  You shall immediately notify Konviction Brand if you suspect or become aware of any loss, theft, or unauthorized use of your password. 

Purchases through the Website

All purchases made through the Website are subject to our acceptance. This means that we may refuse to accept or may cancel any transaction, in our sole discretion, and without liability to you or any third party.  The Website does not permit orders from dealers, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell items offered on the Website.  Konviction Brand expressly conditions its acceptance of your order on your agreement to these Terms, and to all additional terms and conditions that are provided to you on the Website that govern your purchase of certain Products.  By ordering Products through the Website, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information. Konviction Brand reserves the right without prior notice to discontinue or change specifications and prices on Products offered on and outside of the site without incurring any obligation to you.  Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice, and Fashion Nova reserves the right to revoke any offer to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.
